"Decent deal, but I felt a bit misled"
It’s not a bad purchase for the price, and you do get your money’s worth overall. That said, I felt a little misled by how it was described, because I was expecting a bit more. Still decent, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

"Order was easy, but still waiting for a real apology"
Ordering from natrol.com was easy. I found what I needed quickly, checkout went through without any trouble, and the confirmation email showed up right away. The site worked fine on my phone too, which I appreciated. That said, there was still something about the experience that left me feeling like an apology would’ve been nice. Nothing dramatic, but when something feels off, a simple “sorry” goes a long way. I’d probably order again, but I do think they could handle customer concerns a little more personally.

"Didn't really keep me asleep"
I tried this hoping it would help me sleep through the night, and maybe the first time it did a little? After that, though, I didn’t notice much of a difference. I’d still wake up like usual, which was disappointing. i was so ready for this to work. Anyway, not something I’d buy again.

I had a little issue with my order and customer service got back to me quicker than I expected. They were friendly and sorted it out without making a huge deal out of it. I’m guessing they’ve probably dealt with this kind of thing a bunch before, because it all felt easy. Overall, really happy with how they handled it...

"Worked okay, but I’m not totally sold"
I tried a Natrol sleep product and it was fine, I guess. It did help some nights, but other nights I didn’t really notice much, so it felt a little hit or miss for me. The quality seems decent enough, but the tablets had this weird taste I didn’t love. I also don’t really buy into all the super polished claims companies put on the bottle, so I was trying to judge it by what actually happened. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either. I might grab it again if it’s on sale, but I’m not rushing to buy another one

"Good shipping experience overall"
My Natrol order showed up in about a week, and I appreciated that the tracking worked the whole time and the package arrived in good shape. I do wish the delivery had been a little quicker, since it wasn’t exactly speedy. Still, everything got here safely and without any issues, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

"I’m usually skeptical about ingredient..."
I’m usually skeptical about ingredient lists because there’s almost always something weird hiding in there, but this one looks clean to me. I didn’t notice any sketchy stuff, so I feel okay using it. Still, I’ll probably keep an eye on how it works over time.
